Privacy
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.
Email newsletters are sent based on your subscription in our Mail Chimp account. You can update your preferences there. If you are having any trouble managing this please let us know and we can help.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product please contact us by emailing dels.cauldron@gmail.com Please include your contact details, the receipt details and your best description of the fault. Photographs add welcome detail.
Delivery Times
I will process your order within 2 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow from 2 to 5 days for delivery domestically. I do not ship internationally.
